Adam holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Pepperdine University and an MBA in Global Business, jointly conferred by NYU Stern, HEC School of Management in Paris, and the London School of Economics and Political Science.

Prior to Biditup, Kyle was a director at MorrisAnderson a middle-market turnaround advisory firm. He also held positions as the assistant controller for Z Capital Partners, a leading global alternative investment manager with approximately $2.3 billion of regulatory assets under management, where he helped manage all aspect of a distressed debt for control private equity fund and as senior accountant at Ernst &Young where he focused on assurance services for the asset management industry.

He also serves as President of Trunnion Management. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in Illinois and Certified Turnaround Professional (CTP). Kyle graduated summa cum laude with a master’s and bachelor’s degree of accounting science from Northern Illinois University.
